Artist Rendering of Site Layout A Master Plan is a set of proposals to change the Center's buildings, roads, and land use.  The Plan sets general guidelines for change to Center facilities during that timeframe.  The Plan is part of Goddard's overall effort to conduct its work effectively and efficiently.
